he clipped his wifes nails today..is that supposed to mean anything.. or is it a show off or just simple affection?

Such a show off...as if he is saying "I love her so much I would get on my knees and touch her feet...but wouldn't for you." He sounds as if he is trying to throw it in your face and see if you or your hubby will bite the bait and announce one better. Better to bite your tongue and ignore this immature pissing contest where no one wins.

He's kinda your ex so then he's kinda not so he's kinda married and so are you so kinda stop screwing around with someone else's husband and screwing over your own. Does it mean something that he clipped his wife's nails I don't know but what kinda weird thing is that to say in front of other people?!

It could be him showing off, but it could also be him letting you know that he really does care for his wife and maybe it is time for you to step back.
