Meftal Spas. and Nimesulide. It takes 10-15 minutes for it to be effective. Take the pill as soon as you feel the pain coming on. Do something involving that makes you ignore the pain. Don't read or watch TV - try something that requires you to actually DO something. I had my first period when I was 10.5 yrs old. I get it really bad, but I've learned how to handle it even though its only been about 5.5 yrs since.
Sorry, it has to be this way. Guys can't tolerate the pain that comes with periods, child birth, and other female stuff. I guess we are just the stronger sex.

You can use a heating pad and press it on your tummy. Or you can use painkillers such as paracetamol or eat dark chocolate.
