You see it too. I am an ex-veteran and have been disabled for the last 17 years and been rejected by the VA and Social Security "3" times, YET foreign countries who have never paid one CENT in TAXES in this country can get MILLIONS from this government. If I were much younger and in better health I myself would seek a way to create a militia to overthrow the hypocrites in Washington who do little for AMERICANS but go around throwing OUR hard earned sweat in the laps of foreigners who only find ways to repay us by TERRORISM.........

We 'give' aid but always with strings attached such as giving help only if you purchase from the USA. Everything that could be made at home or purchased cheaper somewhere else must be purchased otherwise. A good thing to do for these people is to create an economic system that positively influences their small economies.

I agree, I believe the World would like to find out , how much nicer it would be if we stopped all aid to Foreign Countries.

When I donate to charity, it comes without strings or conditions. I do it because it is the right thing to do, not to buy somebodies friendship or good will.
