You have to "Destroy" when building. Even it you destroy a second choice, the other options, opportunities, the space your new "building" now uses... all of those are being destroyed for a higher and better cause.
I believe we can build without hurting others! In fact it is the only way to build and be able to be proud about what you have done.

yes because when something gets old and useless we destroy it to build something new and useful
