I have a friend who claims to be madly in love with the man that she is living with but he doesn't return her affection. The problem is, that while I was madly in love with one of our mutual friends, she kept calling him, texting him, going to the movies with him and telling him everything that I would say. now he has backed off so much from me that he doesn't even want to talk to me anymore. I am not sure what to think honestly! Was she tryign to sabatoge my relationship with him? Or was she tryign to help me by thinking it was ok to tell him how I felt? What kind of friend is she?

I honestly don't think that she had good intentions when she was "helping you out". She should have kept her nose in her business and not hitting on your man. A good friend would have listened to you and given you ideas of maybe how to approach your guy friend and some date ideas. It sounds like she didn't even have time to tell you any ideas before she took them herself and hung out with him. You never know what she really told him about you. She could have possibly told him everything you said about him and all the things you might not want him to know. Be careful with "friends" like that. I've had my fair share of people like that!

I don't know, she doesn't seem like a good one. She should've jsut let you handle the situation by yourself. She seems really jealous of the fact that you liked him and wanted him all to herself. Definitely not cool.
