yeah I think I would... if you are in a committed relationship there should be nothing there to hide...

I'd be terribly surprised if ANY of the 'writing' in my mate's personal address book was anyone else's but MINE ... he doesn't even keep one, because that's 'my job' ... I know that he has an e-mail address at work, but I don't 'check that' because I know that is mostly for 'business' and that I don't care about ... and my husband is TOTALLY FAITHFUL ... and now we are going to take a nice 'walk in the park' and come home so he can cook dinner for me ...

I have been married to my wife for 5 years and we hav been togethor for 8 now. I have never gone through her purse even to so much as get her phone. What she keeps in there is her own business and if there is something she wants to share or divulge, she will on her terms. That level of trust and respect flows both ways in our relationship.

no you do not look at it ! it doesnt belong to you ! if you trust youre mate then you have no reason to snoop into their personal items.would you like it if youre mate did that to you ? if you look into their add book then what else would you do to see if you can trust them. how far would you go to get what you think youre looking for ?

If I was married, I would share my address book my wife. If we had separate ones, I would not look at it to see who she has in there unless she asked me to look at something for her. I would trust her more than that.

Not me. I could care less. I trust him and will continue to do so until he gives me a reason not to. If I did not trust him, I would still not look through his stuff. Its an invasion of privacy and I feel that if he is being untrue to me, he has to live with that guilt, not me.
