What's the difference? They'll both kill you just as fast. Really, though, Reds are stronger than Camel filter. Camel are more smooth than the Marlboros.

I smoke Reds, but Mediums only....I'd have to say that Marlboro can be harder than Camel Filters....I've smoked both and really go for the Marlboro over Camel because Camel seems to give me a weird aftertaste....

I would imagine it is subjective and you would need to decide for yourself, by trying each one. I do know that my step-son who is a drug addict and thinks he is super cool smokes the reds, and my son who is a college student on the dean's list, and only smokes occasionally chooses the Camel Filters lights when he is feeling really up-tight. But I don't know if that is relative to harshness or some other factor.
