About $3 per square foot so my guess is $480. Demolition will be extra.

First you should mention the width. I would strongly suggest
No narrower than 3 feet but 4 is best. So two people can walk side by side.
At 4 feet wide it would be 1400 feet of walkway. Call a concrete service and give the the amount of square feet and get a price. They should be able to give you a verbal estimate.
May sure tree roots nor rocks are involved, that would up the price considerably.

It really depends on where you live, some states are higher than others.
But experience has taught me to tell you call around, sometimes cheaper isnt always better...

call around and get some estimates and some references of there work so you can be confident that the job will be done correctly
