Metal spoons scraping on the bottom of a metal pan, or people who drag their cutlery through their teeth!!
Urgh my arms are covered in goosebumps now and my teeth ache from clenching them!

Ugh, I hate that too. Another one for me is when someone blows up a balloon, and makes squeaky noises with it- it makes me shudder, I don't know why! Another annoyance is the current Head On commercial campaign. Sigh.
