It was Dumbledore, he sent the Invisibility Cloak to Harry on Christmas (Harry was on his first year at Hogwarts then). James Potter left it before he died, so for those ten years Dumbledore owned it.
It wasn't Sirius for sure, later in the books Harry mentiones that he knows Dumbledore handwriting, so it must've been him
100% certain lol

Dumbledore sent the cloak to Harry at Christmas in his first year. It is hinted that Dumbledore sent it, and by the end he lets Harry know.

If you read the first book it is given to him on Christmas day by Dumbledore. Sirius Black is not even introduced into the series until book three. He recieves the cloak on page 201 and it is learned on page 299 that it was given to him by Dumbledore. The cloak was left in Dumbledore's possesion by James Potter before his death.

Dumbledore. He tells harry, I think when he finds him at the mirror of erised in the first book, that it was left by Harry's dad in Dumbledore's care. Sirius sent the broomstick in POA, not the cloak.

Dumbledore gave it to him. It used to belong to James Potter, Harry's dad.

James Potter gave it to Dumbledor for safe keeping and Dumbledore gave it to Harry on his first Christmas at Hogworts, with a note that said" your father left this in my possession before he died. It is time it was returned to you. Use it well.

James Potter (Harry's dad) passed it down to Prof. Dumbledore who passed it down to Harry in the Sorcerer's Stone (first film/book)
...or was all of this Sirius Black's doing...?
