This is actually normal behavior for domesticated chickens. Usually the aggressive chicken's beak is trimmed so that it no longer comes to a point but the chicken can still eat comfortably. If the beak is trimmed back too far it may cause the chicken to bleed to death so great care is taken to ensure that the trimming isn't too deep. If this doesn't correct the animal's behavior then removing it from the flock is suggested and butchering it for home use is usually the fate of the animal. Causes of this type of behavior is usually having too many chickens together in a confined space or lack of certain nutrients in the diet. If you have any other questions about domesticated animals and their behavior I would suggest calling your local Vet or county extention agent. Hope this helps.
