Hi i wear a 36a bra size. but i just measured myself and it says a b size bra will fit me also? what happened?

This is a big problem I have with bra sizes and how people measure them.

There is no standard sizing for bras. So you could be a 36A in one brand of bra, but when you go to another brand you might be a 36B.

Depending on what bra I wear, I am either a 38C, 38D, 38DD, and 38DDD.

It sucks, and I hope one day the bra industry will come up with standard sizing and require ALL manufacturers to comply with their regulations.

I thought you were supposed to measure underneath your bust (band size) and then the fullest part, and the difference in inches is to be your cup size (1 inch equals a cup size). I never heard of adding five inches... Go to Dillards, Victoria's Secret, or any department store...and they will measure you and make sure your fit is right!!

To me it depends on what time of the month it is. Right now I'm really small (smaller than usual) but I know that in 2 weeks time I'll just be irritated again because they get bigger nearer to my period.

welll wear the bra untill you start poppig out of it (your nipple is almost showing) then go up the the next size
