I saw the first showing of Live Free or Die Hard and absolutely loved it! And the one character isn't as much as his sidekick as a computer hacker that McClane is assigned to escort to Washington DC and just happens to get caught up in everything along with John McClane. I wouldn't say it is the best of the 4 because the first one will always be my favorite, but I will say that it is better than the other 2 films. If you are a Die Hard fan then you should go see the movie, you'll enjoy it! Hope this helps and Happy 4th of July!

We plan to see it tonight. It got good reviews in our local newspaper, The Detroit News. But I doubt that it will be as good as the very first one--such movies rarely are. I'm wondering if John McClane's wife (played by Bonnie Belinda) is in this latest one.

I haven't seen the 4th one yet but as for the sidekick, Bruce Willis is getting too old and maybe he wants someone else to continue the movie series. :)

i haven't seen it yet.. but i can't wait. did you know that bruce willis said that he'd be willing to do a 5th one if his sidekick guy was in it, too. yeah.. i agree.. why does he need a sidekick, now? maybe to add some more funny lines and i think because bruce is getting a little too old.. and need a younger guy. i hope it'll be as good as the first one.......
