I have published my first fiction novel "Happy Birthday Mr. Sidney". It is inspired by an actual event in Fullerton, California. My book is available on Amazon.com. I am looking for people to help pass the word around and help to get my name out there more. I am getting 5 star reviews on amazon, but it is hard to push your own novel. It's not so easy to just go out and get agents or publishers.

Congratulations! That's what self-publishing, or vanity publishing, is all about. You must use your own strategy marketing to sell your book--after you've paid a hefty sum to the publisher for doing their work.

It is always most difficult for an un-published writer to gain a qualified literary agent and then get published, especially if they overlook problems in sentence structure, capitalization, and punctuation.

I wish you success.

Congratulation on your success. I think you should try putting advertisements in the newspaper and also let someone to write a review for your book. Follow some newspapers and see who's reviews matter the most.

I will also be trying to publish a novel and will be obliged if I get the chance to talk to you about some ideas/tips regarding the publishing process.

My email address is booklovers_heaven@yahoo.com.

I'll look forward to reading your book.

Again, congratulations.

Keep it up.
