go for it! clothes don't make you a skank. i started wear heels...REALLY high heels when i was like 13 or 14 and i was NOT a skank. guys LOVE high heels in that 4 or 5 inch range so you WILL get looks, but it's how you act that makes you a skank or not.

Skinny jeans and ballet flats or KITTEN HEELS would look better at 13.
Even my brother, who is 17, notices young girls dressing like that and instantly says "SKANK."
If he sees one in a store he's at, he will LEAVE. I kinda am the same. I just hate to see young girls dressing like trash. When you're older, it'll look more appropriate.

Anyone else notice that only the 13 and 14 year olds (the very young) think it's not skanky?
You girls wait til you're grown up to dress like a hooker! GOD.

I don't think it would look skanky at all. Just make sure you wear a top that isn't revealing. Also if you're scared of looking skanky, keep the make up to a minimum and add some cute accessories! Have fun!

Yes, skinny jeans are fine, just don't do the heels. 13 is way too young for that stuff...besides, your feet are going to hurt after a half an hour and you can definitely find some cute flats that will be just as stylish but way more comfortable. Remember, the more comfortable you are, the more confident you will be, thus more attractive to any guy at the party.

Thats not skanky at all..but I dont see why a 13 yr old girl would want to wear high heels.

yeah this is not going to look well at all, please watch the movie, thirteen. and remember how wild that girl is in there tryin to grow up to fast. there are many ways you can look great at that party and be a big hit. without wearing heels way before your time. I think heels at that age is still making you play dress up. and it's a death call for all young girls. tell stalking men come get me. please try and stay away from all 'am easy ' shout out clothes. I don't want to hear of you on the news laying in the woods with torn clothes. please be safe.

If you wear the RIGHT skinny jeans and the RIGHT heels, you'll look cute and up-to-date.
It's good that you took into consideration your age with your fashion.
PLEASE KEEP DOING THAT.
So many girls look like trashhhhhh when they're young and dress like Lindsay Lohan.

no not really. ballet flats or wedges would look better though. wear a top that does not expose too much and you will look cute. im thirteen and i wear stuff like that all the time so it will look ok. also dont atract the wrong type of attention. you should look great if you do all of this.
