Clinton pardoned people whose crimes ranged from drug trafficking to sedition, to pedophilia, and the list goes on and on.

Bush COMMUTED the sentence of a man who was railroaded by a politically-motivated jury and an overzealous prosecutor. BIG difference.

The country is in an uproar not just the left. It's only a small percentage of you flag waving fake conservatives that are supporting thses war criminals. I wasn't even into politics when Clinton was in office and I remember the country's uproar over Clinton pardoning Zionists, drug dealers and convicted criminals.

Libby wrote parts of the PNAC documents that called for a new Pearl Harbor so they could invade Iraq. He should be slingshotted by his balls out of the country back to Israel.

Libby LIED. End of conspiracy theory. He should have served the same sentence as Martha Stewart -- or at least Paris Hilton. If Bush wants to redeem himself, he needs to pardon those two border patrol officers who were only doing their jobs.

I was against a lot of Clinton's pardons AND I am against Bush commuting Libby's sentence.

I think YOU are the hypocrite for mentioning Clinton as a defense for Bush's actions.... it looks like they are cut out of the same cloth on this one: they both protect their criminal friends.

And I am not a liberal but I am one of the Americans, the 74% of us, who did NOT have a problem with Libby's conviction. You are actually in the minority.... so are you saying that the United States is now populated by a majority of liberals????

i love the obvious hypocrisy of the radical right over this - libby was convicted of the exact same thing that clinton was impeached over - but they are outraged that justice should punish libby over obstructing the investigation over the destruction of valerie plame's life work.

did you all know what plame worked on - she worked on wmd's in the middle east.

i find it endlessly amusing that radical righties can see no link between the current debacle in iraq - which was started over faulty intelligence of wmd's and the outting of valerie plame.
