If you want to spend 4 to 6 hours of hard work and do it yourself, do a search in Goggle for "auto detailing." There are articles on how to do it. Some people made it to a "science." BUT it's a lot of work.
Just take it to a good detail shop. It will cost from $60 to $200 depending what you want to be done.

Try T-cut polish. It takes off the layers of grime and dirt. Hope this helps.

a clear coat safe rubbing compound will work great.
