My, my, 14 years has passed and people still think David Koresh was responsible for those people's deaths. The children screamed until they could scream no more, to the point where the rages of the fire drowned out their cries..

Waco massacre was ethnic cleansing, courtesy of government terrorist's.

edit:

My God, the amount of hate-filled answers above are so breath taking, why do you people hate so much? WHEN WILL YOU PEOPLE LEARN?

EDUCATE YOURSELVES!

Do you all find it funny that the government slaughtered 80 men, women and children for no reason?

Or you all just don't care, and desecrate the memory of the Davadians, for FUN? that's a sick mentality.

Clinton was an evil maniac and so is bush.. don't try to divert blame from one by blaming the other.. what happened in Waco was just another massacre perpetrated by the American government... ONE OF MANY...

and lastly child.... let the souls of the dead rest in peace.

Why must you make questions like this? 3 of those 32 little american kids were my cousins, did you know that? If you are going to bring up this kind of tragedy, you could do in a more respectful manner. You are not funny. And while I do think that Clinton was an evil monster and many many liberals do not realize that, this question obviously contains no empathy for the victims of Waco, you are merely trying to illicit negative responses.

Not bush's fault. Seriously. They probably screamed as long as the over 700,000 innocent Iraqi citizens that have died in the sectarian violence since we invaded Iraq.

Death of the innocent knows no nationality, or political party.

How many days did they live in fear of their confined and abused lives before then? Why did their their parents place them in a situation controlled by a mentally unstable sociopath with a Messianic complex?

There was more than just one tragedy at Waco - just as there is more than one tragedy in the current Administration.

As long as it takes to burn to death I suppose.

How long are thousands upon thousands of Iraqi kids going to scream before GW hears THEM?

BTW - conservatives were ALL FOR the action in Waco -- Rush Limbaugh called them "the wackos from waco" time and time again

nice. Could you imagine if GW Bush would have done that. If that was in iraq, and if our army would have done that. Holy Cow they would hang our men in uniform, and you're nuts if you don't agree me.

My Understanding is that their cult leader David Koresh, who was a wanted criminal burned them to death. While the situation was not handled well, Janet Reno did take responsibility.

Responsibility a word not heard for the past six years
