29*4*59 = 6844 cm^3 of water = 6844 mL of water = 6.844 L of water

1 liter = 0.264 gallons

So
6.844 liters = 1.807 gallons

As for how many fish, view the source. Keep in mind this is a math forum - we are not marine biologists!

Volume = width * height * length
V = 6,844cm^3 = 6.844 liters
V = 6.844 liters / 3.785 liters/gallon = 1.76 gallons

The cool calculator on this site will figure it for you.

How many fish depends on which kind. The site will help with that too.

1 gallon = 3,785.4118 cm^3

Multiply the height, width and length then divide by 3785.4118.

*Note*

I think your height measurement is wrong.

convert cm to m..so the volume = 0.29x0.04x0.59=0.00684m^3. 1m^3 = 1000liter...so you have 6.84 liter...1liter=0.26gal..so you have 1.8gal..good for 2 fish. have fun!!
