well, i can say this much...he tries harder now then he did when we first got together. if he says we are going out for dinner, then he will do everything in his power to make sure it is gonna happen. sometimes things do come up and that's that....but he does try.

If we make plans together, then unless something urgent or catastrophic comes up (or if we both change our minds or say "screw it, we're too tired"), it will happen.

If one of us makes plans without consulting the other, well first - this rarely happens, and second, we don't assume the other will be at our beckon call. If I make plans to visit mutual friends and he can't make it (for whatever reason), then I visit on my own. If he makes plans to have his buddies over but I had already arranged to have something else going on, then he & his buddies will go out instead. Simple enough!

He's very reliable. He means what he says, does what he says he'll do, and while it may not always be in the exact way or timeframe that I would do it, things always manage to come together. I know I can count on him (and vice versa); dependability is a VERY sexy characteristic.

My husband and I have been a couple for 9 years and married 7 and 1/2 years. He is the most dependable person I know. He is my rock and my pillow. No matter what happens in my life I have him for support and he has never once let me down. If we make plans they happen! unless of course there is a natural disaster.
Peace.

Yes he is extremely reliable. Any time plans are made there is a 99% chance they will happen, 1% depending on the weather.

Married 5 years.

I can't think of anyone else in my life that I can count on more then my husband. He's so responsible, and if he says he's going to do something, he does it! And I swear in my ten years of marriage to him, he's never broke a promise or disappointed me by being undependable.

Totally.....we look at all the possibilities and time frames and make decisions together. It's called communication and respect.
