There are lots of young people like you with these same goals. Here is what I suggest.
You are much more likely to have a career in which you are well known in the business and make a decent living than being one of the few to achieve child star status. Not that it can't happen, but start out with a long term goal in mind.
Your questions:
1) You need to be where the audition is. That's just part of the audition, if you want the job, you need to travel and be there along with the hundreds of others who are going to audition
2) What you're asking about are voice lessons. Do a yahoo search for voice lessons (the name of your city) and follow the link to find teachers in your area.
3) If you have no experience, you need to try to do some community theater, it doesn't pay anything but it builds experience that will give you credibility. Unless your audition is phenominal, most people holding auditions expect that you will have some experience. For a frame of reference, I'll tell you that Broadway chorus members make $1500 a week. These jobs are VERY difficult to get.
4) You get an agent when you've done enough work that an agent feels like he can successfully market you to the people that do the hiring. The agent only gets paid when you get paid, so they want to see that you have a previous track record of getting acting jobs
5) Many celebrities make it work. If you are in college for acting or music, they have a system worked out to release you from school to take professional jobs.
6) Look up dance studios in your phone book and call to ask what classes they have for beginners.
Like I said before, focus on preparing yourself to major in theater, music, or musical theater in college. There are many college in the U.S. that offer these types of degrees, the most famous are Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, NYU, Carnegie Mellon, Boston Conservatory, Julliard (acting) and many other private and state schools. A college education in the performing arts will prepare you for auditions, give you the experience you need, and many schools help you get an agent during your senior year because by that point you will have a track record of work and the audition skills necessary to get work, which means the agent can get paid.
Good Luck!

You don't get paid anything starting out. Acting is not the career for making money unless you've gotten extremely lucky. You aren't going to be famous. Get that out of your head right now, there are billions of actors out there everyday who aren't famous and live pretty good lives. If you're getting into this for fame, do something else. Getting an agent all depends on your level of experience which usually comes from going to school. If you can't be at the audition, then you just don't audition. They aren't going to cater to you. The number one thing about acting is being there and being there on time, if you aren't then people aren't going to be interested and you will not be taken seriously. Go to a local dance school and take some classes, beginner whatever, having some type of dance experience on your resume is def a plus but if you're looking for someone to only work with you it's not worth the money because very seldom will you ever be doing a dance number by yourself in a show.
Go research the resolved questions area because all of these have been asked billions of times.

1. If you cannot be at an audition at a specific time, you are NOT ready to go on auditions.
2. Auditions must be your priority, if you have another priority choose between the two.
3. Ask the music department at your school about a vocalist.
4. YOU are not ready for an agent. You do NOT have enough experience for a Talent Agent.
5. Don't worry about being famous!!!
6. Ask your parents to find a dance teacher. You need dance lessons in Tap, jazz and ballet.

Kids come on here all the time asking how to get famous. Look up all of the answers they got. Then realize that there are thousands of kids with the same dream. Then realize that none of these kids ever got famous. If you don't live in NY or LA you can't get a professional acting job. Just act in school and go to some kids acting groups. You'll have just as much fun.

i visit consider an excellent sort of the failings that this text says yet i don't think of it desires TNA to suceed. It already has suceeded and could proceed for a on a similar time as. yet for it to strengthen and actually be the superb product that it rather is than sure it does choose TNA. So for the instant destiny it does not choose TNA yet long term having a quite aggressive TNA might help the WWE.
