Hi,

I have a windows xp computer system here at home, I want to send this to the Philippines , since I bought it here in USA, will I have any problem hooking it up and operating there.

No, you wont have any problem, except that the prongs on the power cord are different, so they will need to purchase a adapter fto plug it in.. Also remember to set the computers power supply to 220VAC since they use that voltage in there homes.

I did the same thing when I sent a computer to my wifes family in the Philippines. They will have to pay some customes tax to recieve it fyi........

Send it via Balikbayan box/door-to-door. You won't have to pay taxes, just a flat rate depending on the box size. Shipping takes about 3-4 weeks. Try www.manilaforwarders.com

Your computer will work 110V so you'll need a voltage adaptor (we use 220V) of some sort so that your computer won't blow up.
