A suit of armor will still not protect the heart! Just remember nothing ventured, nothing gained! In other words learn from your mistakes! If you keep ending up with heart breakers than you are making bad choices!

Well, I try not to tick anybody off....JK...I have Hardening of the arteries, first diagnosed in '93. I take massive pills, and swim and try to keep my house in not too bad a shape. I try to stay cheerful and maintain my friendships best I can. Quit smoking, drinking chasing wild....oh...guess I didn't chase much. Do wish I had a feller. But mostly I try to do the best I can to live each day a bit special. Everybody has a story to tell. I'll have time enough to sleep later....

Can you ever keep your heart totally protected ? We have to risk sometimes and there are no guarantees in anything. I choose to honor and respect myself and I feel in doing so I lessen my chances of becoming vulnerable.
