For me the ratio would be about 1/3 non and the balance fiction.

And you?

I read mostly non-fiction. That is my natural inclination and interest, but because of the work I do, I try to stay up on current fiction especially the new literary authors and the best sellers. But, I use alot of audio books for those.

I try to read 1/2 and 1/2, but since I am in school, I read mostly non-fiction during term-time and mostly fiction when on break. I think I still end up reading a little more fiction, though.

I've been majroly into fiction coz i've really not got my hands on much of non fiction maybe in a few days I'll start with non fiction but for pure pleasure I can't go with non fiction as it's real and at times reality is way to harsh or crude to catagorise it into pleasure.

Hmm, for pleasure it's mostly fiction, with the occasional nonfiction.

I love fiction!!! If it's for fun there is a good chance it's a fiction book for me; however, I'm in school so there is a lot of non fiction. It's not overly interesting though :(

Definitely non-fiction. I love British Literature, especially novels like Jane Eyre, Wuthering Heights, David Copperfield, etc.

i never thought about it in that way but if given a choice, i guess it would be more non-fiction. i go on biography binges then onto history & corporate structures. if a book is written well, you should be able to be entertained as in fiction, educated as in history & be able to come away with wanting more. breaking it down mathematically, i'd say 78% non-fiction and 28% fiction.
