Does Clomid regulates irreguler periods? I have PCOS my dr perscribe clomid 50mg to me, I did it for 2 cycles my last period was on May 21, what do you think could I be pregnant?

I'm on clomid too for now 3rd month.. it originally ovulate but my ovulation is late, around day 17 and my cycle is approx 28, the doc suggested clomid to increase the chances of getting pregnant, it doesn't regulate period but in forces ovulation. take a test...I hope u r pregnant. So you're about 9 days late. You should take a HPT. There is a possiblity that you are, but only a test could tell you. Clomid does not make your cycle regular. It helps to tricker ovulation.

Clomid is a drug used to stimulate ovulation and help a woman get pregnant. At this point if you are late, I would definitely verify and test for pregnancy.

i have pcos and i tryed 50mg, it didn't help me ovulate, so i didn't get a period with it, however 100mgs did and i did get a period with it, but with the clomid i have a 35day cycle. good luck, trying to concieve with pcos is frusterating, i hope you are pregnant, but you may just need a higher doseage, babydust to everyone on here with pcos! ♥

some doctors do use clomid to treat PCOS.. However, it makes you fertile and this is because it helps with ovulation.

I myself is on clomid this is my 6th month i am on 100mg now my last period was late. you would need to do test it will put your mind to rest either way. goodluck
