There have been a few through the years. But, not on YA, if I don't like a question, I don't answer. If I don't like an answer, I ignore it.

Yes, definately! Thankfully there have only been a few (like maybe three) people like that in my whole life. I just make a point of not being around them and ignoring where possible and attempting to be civil where I can't avoid them.

Usually I am a really pleasant, fun person and a great friend, but there are just some people that bring out the worst feelings and I have not yet discovered how else to handle it, except to avoid them at all costs - for their sake and mine!

Great question!

Yes, mainly political and evangelical people. Out in public I bite my tongue because well, *somebody* has to be the adult here, and I don't want to be the one getting in trouble and/or thrown out of places over some humanoid whose "mind" (using the term loosely) is sealed tighter than a Rubbermaid bowl welded shut with *rubber cement*. O_o

Mall Brats, sometimes those of Color but sometimes not, but Mall Brats, grrr.....doesn't *anyone* teach their kids how to act in public? I spotted this bald-head teenage punk just yesterday, seemed ordinary enough, I really didn't pay attention to him....until he SPAT, on the CARPET, INDOORS even, right there in the middle of the entryway coming into the mall. >_< You know, where people have to *walk* and where folks with their *little kids* (read: toddlers) might end up being on the floor with that garbage?

That fellow, he seemed white enough too until that moment. He almost passed for human. But I digress, that isn't important, sorry. What is important is that I *had* enough dignity and self-control to *not* run him down, sweep the legs, drop him to the ground and start *wrecking him* for being a grinning idiot. I kept a lid on it and let it pass.

Because someone has to be the adult around here and set an example. You know? And it would just be bad if I started going Batman on these Mall Brats, when odds are half of them are drugged out on Ritalin anyway.

But yeah. People do get to me and do bring out my nasty side, and it is more than occasional. And I don't like admitting it. I'm too old to have the mean streak that I do, my body's too beat up for it. And odds are people these days are just too stupid and drugged out to know better...

And you wonder why I stay shut up in my apartment half the time.....it keeps me from going postal. ^_^ At least on other people, never mind what this does to *me* for the moment.

Thanks for your time....^_^ Sorry to go on so.

Unfortunately they do.......and some of them are on Y/A's.
You're not one of them though.

I hate it when people talk in a way so as to attempt to make me feel inferior, that really gets my back up........the same happens when some people behave like that in their answers to any questions I may have....my nasty side begins to rear it's ugly head.
