ok 747 has been everywhere in books movies shows and the planes 747 are flying around its extremely creepy so my cousin checked 747 and it explained some guy so today is the date 7-4-07

I don't think there's a secret meaning or that its a portent of doom or anything.
I think you may notice it more because it's suggested to you that it's special.
For a couple counter-examples:
Lots of people now notice the number 911 EVERYWHERE because of Sept.11
OR
My lucky number is 14 so I notice it way more often than other numbers.
It's not really there more often, I just "have that number in my brain" so I notice it and subconsciously ignore other numbers.
I bet if you went out and tried to think about say, the number 23, you'd find way more examples of it than of 747.
