Something is still on sucking the battery dead while the engine is off.
Maybe an aftermarket stereo, amplifier, trunk light, dome light, brake lights not turning off........

What is your voltage at the battery when idling, and high idle? Then compare that to the output at alternator.Should be at the same reading and least 13.5 to14.5v. at either end.Check all battery and alternator connections, ground straps to engine, body, alternator belt tension, etc.Check the regulator if there is a separate unit. And don't assume that the new battery and alternator are good, they can be defective right out of the box.

something is on all the time or the wiring for the charging system is grounding out someplace.

I would check the charge while the car is running at the battery. If you are getting 13 volts or better no more than 15 idle then you have a light that's staying on or radio or something.

get the battery checked, clean the battery posts and wire ends, check all the battery wires and alternator wires with an ohm meter, do a load test on the alternator and that should tell you what the problem is, if you dont know how to do this then i would bring it in to the shop and have a qualified tech do it (electric burns hurt). hope this help with your problem.
