I looked in groceries stores, Wal-Mart and drug stores like Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharma Plus Drug Mart, but I still can’t seem to find it. I want it for facial ingredients. But I can’t find it. I live in Toronto Canada, can anyone help me?

you can just get reg. oatmeal and put it in a food processor...its basicly the exact same thing

Buy Oatmeal (not quick oats, the regular kind). If you have a coffee grinder, clean it out well. (You can do this by filling the coffee grinder with white uncooked rice and grinding it, then toss it away). Add some dry oatmeal, and grinder until powder fine. Voila! Oatmeal powder. The very same stuff you'd pay 100x the money for if you buy it preground.

I agree w/ the people that said to to buy oatmeal (not instant or flavored) and put it in a grinder/processor/blender. I read about an at home facial in Seventeen magazine and it said to put my oatmeal in a processor. It was fun and it worked out.

i agreed with shaun.
Just use the regular oatmeal. Its quite good for hair mask too when added yogurt to it.

have never seen it in powder form, try using a food processor,It will cost you pennies compared to the amount you will spend for a powder

i have a facial lady she said that u can make it and its best that way look on google and type in "recipe to make otmeal powder" it should come up! hope i helped!
