Selfishness , Lies , Intolerance , Discrediting others , Betrayal , Cruelty ( Towards Humans or Animals.) , Divulging personnel sharing , Abuse of Authority , Blackmailing .
What is written above has a same denominator: Hatred of people and society.

Prettiness is in the eye of the beholder, even the ugliest of people can appear pretty iwht hte right personality and self belief, however there is a difference between confidence and arrogance. The latter can make even the most physically beautiful person appear ugly.
Secondly, i believe ugliness is something society pushes us to believe, many people do not like overweight partners, because some much focus is on size 0 or size 00, this makes people with the more 'fuller figue' appear second rate to say a skinny person

Ugliness comes from inside; a mean and spiteful spirit can make the most beautiful physical person very ugly.

Definitely the attitude. If you have an ugly attitude, I don't care what you look like, the ugly will bleed right through.

Their personality. Who they are on the inside. No matter how physically attractive if they're a bad person on the inside they're ugly!

Psychologists determined that beauty, in general, comes from the appearance of symmetry as seen subconsciously or consciously.
In that regard, it would come from asymmetry.
No one is symmetrical, so it would come from each person's tolerance for assymtrical appearance.

To me it has nothing to do with physical appearance. Ugliness is in attitude, in hatred, in intolerance.
It's funny how your opinion of a person's appearance can change as you get to know them.
