I would vote for him, if he were allowed to run again. However, I will not vote for Hillary (or Obama), and hope that they come up with some new candidates soon. I would vote for Rudy Guilliani if he ran--because he did a good job in NY, and I believe he would do the same for this nation. He is also a good public-speaker.
People need to remember that Bill Clinton is a very good public speaker--that cannot be said for Bush, nor can it be said for Hillary.
People also need to remember to separate Bill's personal life from his political life. Almost all presidents had affairs--but until Clinton, none of them were made public by the media. Kennedy put Clinton to shame in that department...yet Kennedy, like Clinton, did not mix work with play.
I don't know what Bill will do for Hillary. I don't have a clue if they're even together any more (that's if they ever really were). I guess he will speak for her...and give us that 2 for the price of 1 stuff, again...

If you are old enough, think about the way you felt when he was in office. Think about how it feels now.
That's why Bill Clinton would be elected again. Because he gave us hope and positive feelings. All Bush and his cronies know are ugliness and nastiness.
The world was a better place then. I believe Bill would not have disregarded that little security briefing of "Bin Laden and planes" I believe he would have caught it before it happened. But Bush and his outlaws were too busy being big shots to pay attention to Tenet.

He is strong because he is a good politician, knows how to say what people want to hear, but also does what is right for America and says what they don't want to hear when it is necessary for the country.
Hillary doesn't have his charisma or his integrity (his sex life notwithstanding). She should be so strong... Obama, and possibly Edwards, seem to be the only candidates in either party with the integrity and strength we'll need in a President to clean up the mess the current administration has left us.

Bill Clinton presided over the greatest period of peace and prosperity in recent times. He treated all Americans with respect, supported environmental protection, and was widely admired around the world.
After years of a president who seems proud of his ignorance, who has run up a deficit it will take generations to pay off, who has sent thousands of young Americans to their deaths to enrich his friends, who has desecrated the Constitution and brought America's international reputation to its lowest ebb ever, people are naturally nostalgic for something better. In retrospect, a consensual affair with a young coworker seems less important to people than it did at the time.

I do not like Hillary and wouldnt vote for her but I acknowledge she is clever.
Notice during times when Bill was taking alot of heat she was going by Hillary Rodham alot and now you do not see Rodham as part ofher name. She intentionally is using the Clinton name now because anti-Bush is popular and in that light its beneficial for her to be just Hillary Clinton.
But she wants him at arms length not right next to her. I think that is part strategy and part ego.

Where are you getting this information? If it is true, these individuals are sadly misinformed and naive. I will do whatever it takes to keep another Clinton out of office. They are a family of immoral idiots.

I beg to differ with your view of the Clintons, and besides Hillery had her 8 years as president already, she should be DISQUALIFIED from running.
