Strikeouts weren't kept very accurately in the early part of the 20th century, so I just checked from 1915 to the present date.
During that time, the most plate appearances in a season without striking out belongs to Lloyd Waner, who had 234 plate appearances in 1941 without striking out even a single time.
Besides Waner, only Bill Rariden and the pitcher Johnny Sain have managed 100 plate appearances in a single season without striking out:

According to the baseball record book, the fewest strikeouts in a season is held by Joe Sewell with 4 in 1925 and 1929.
If we are to interpret your question literally, then yes, there have been players who have not struck out in a season, but they did not have enough at bats to qualify for the record books.

Not that I know of. The fewest that I know of is in 1932 when Joe Sewell, HOF 3B/SS for the Cleveland Indians and New York Yankees, struck out 3 times in 503 official at bats.

Maybe, but no way if he actually had a full season's worth of at bats.

I doubt it. And by the way, it's struck out not striked out.
