hmmm...its a silly thing...but...i have those shiny/radium stickers of stars and moon and satellites and space-crafts on my ceiling(i know i am too old for these things) so at night my ceiling looks quite like the night sky, so i just switch off the light, lie on my bed looking upwards towards the ceiling and i just keep looking and i just fall into sleep...
so if i sum of the whole thing..i do nothing...my mind becomes completely blank before i sleep :)
its great to see you asking questions after a break... :)

The very very last thing I do before bed is kiss my hubby goodnight. But other than that....I go pee. Because I know that if I don't I'll be up at 4am having to go and won't be able to get back to sleep. (Very easily anyway)!

Just say a lil prayer - I was christened so I believe in 'a god' but who or what he is is up to me :) thank myself lucky I don't have a religous family! Its a joke at the mo
