My 94 probe smoked in the morning so i replaced the head and got new bolts with the new head gasket set and she still smokes untill it burns off. Could it be a bad coolent sensor , bad injectors. egr, 02 sensor but i thought that the 02 sensor only kicks in after a couple min,s. pulling my hair out now!!!....lol. At this point got to much money in it to give it up. Even when she smoke she runs great no stumble when i give it gas . some help is really needed thank ....paul

bad rings...a 1994 and u did head and didnt do rings geezzze

MrKnowitall has a great point. Color of smoke will tell ya something. Black(gas), Blue(oil), White(water).
my guess would be the valve seals in the head, but you changed that.
The only other would be the piston rings. If it where the rings you figure it would smoke all the time, but there maybe a chance that when the engine warms it stops cause of the oil pressure.

Could be fuel related.
Black smoke? Leaking injectors while the engine is off.

Hate to say this but,did you check the block and the cylinder walls for cracks when you had the head off?
