There is no GOOD Pizza Joint where i live and i want to open one up and sweep the biz...whats the best way to get started? Thanks for your post in advance....lol....oh and Happy 4th to you all...

A. Write a 5 year business plan.
B. Take it to the bank or a lender of your choice.
C. Get a loan. Get a business license. Rent or build a location. Remodel and decorate as necessary.
D. Buy pizza ovens, equipment, dishes, utensils, boxes, pans, refrigerators, etc.
E. Buy advertising. Buy insurance. Buy some more insurance. Buy still more insurance.
F. Buy food ingredients.
G. Hire staff. Get the phones turned on.
H. Get a health inspection. Fire up the grill and party.

First do some market research, your idea of good and other people's might not be the same. Some around here have artichokes on them, I wouldn't buy one pizza like that would be loved by some and hated by others.
What makes you think you know the customers better than other pizza restaurants? One of our favorites has closed half the outlets, they did something wrong, price too high, too high quality for the price or everyone doesn't like my favorite kind.
Maybe you can rent some space at a pizza restaurant and make your own to test market them.

I have never done this but i have a good idea!Get the sauce the dough and all the toppings and good industrial pizza over.Create a Delivery menu pass them out all over town and just deliver till you have enough money to open a restraunt.

Don't take the Rocks suggestion w/o the health inspection. HIs quickly method is not legal without most of the rest.

The easy method would be to open a franchise. Mountain Mikes is my favorite, but Round Table advertises much more.
