I found the storylines are so drab I just stopped watching it altogether. All of the 'good' actors seem to have left, or have the smallest of parts - Fred died, Mike died which were the main one's, and the whole stupid storyline that's just finished with Ken + Deidre splitting up was just sooooo pathetic.
They need another half decent stunt to liven it up. The best storyline, I feel was the Richard 'Tricky Dicky' Hillman story (not the cards but him alive...).
Anyway, is this just me about the current plot, or are a few in the same boat?

Claire & Ashley get on my nerves, but things are livening up there next week.
Hayley's long lost 'son' is coming into it.(from when she used to be a he)
Sean & Violet are getting on my nerves too.
I love Steve, Lloyd, Jamie & Eileen in the cab office. They are hilarious.

Oh, no! I shouldn't have read your question, because in Canada, we're about 10 months behind in the storyline. Fred just died here but we always find that the interest factor goes up and down. Sometimes, we're bored but we keep watching because we know something good will come around.

I don't watch any of the soaps anymore. There are on too often to keep up with what's going on. Also they pump out so many episodes I think that affects the quality of the storylines.

Yeh, its complete cr2p at the moment. Tricky Dicky rocked. He bloody scared me! I think Eastenders are suffering too.
