I bought a 05 suzuki gs500f that had been dropped (while stopped) on it's right side. The scratches aren't bad, but the front turn signal popped through the fairing and cracked it a little. It seems like I can just wrench the signal back through the fairing hole until it is seated again, but I can't seem to do it. It works fine, but kind of sags in the hole and moves around. Is there a way to properly seat it again? It has a hard plastic circle and a rubber covering that looking at the left blinker sit on opposite sides of the fairing to hold it in place. I can't get the rubber covering to pop through the fairing. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

I don't think the turn signal "pops" through fairing.
I looks like it just rests against the outside of the fairing.
It's held in place from the inside with the plastic circle.

The fairing may be to damaged to hold the signal in place.
Try cutting out a spacer to put between the inside of the fairing and the plastic circle.

I would do some research on the web. I am sure (with alittle work) that you can put it back in place. It can't be that hard.

Try this site: http://gstwin.com/shortstalks.htm

It may not be exactly what you're looking for, but it does have some good tips and also has a user forum where you can post your request.

you probably need a new one as the mounting screw/bolt has probably broken off
