You can find a group of 10 subtitled (from Hawaiian TV) episodes on BitTorrent.

You can also find the 20 Adult Swim dub episodes there. (They changed the character of the show noticeably in the dub, however. Some people find it funnier than the original.)

I like peekvid.com for them. But i'm a fan of the english version. Not that I only liked dubbed it's just I think Shin-Chan is funnier in english.
