Well I would only drink tea with cookies, cake and sweets, and sometimes with toast, so all of the rest goes to your question. Including meat, pizza, spaghetti and ice cream (even though it's a desert, tea is best when it's hot).

Here in the country (where we only drink cold sweet tea) I don't think it would be good with any breakfast foods.

I don't like hot tea with any food that leaves a greasy film (from your lip) in the tea...I like my tea alone or with a light snack.
