I forgive pretty easily most of the time.... but also, I forgive mostly for myself... the ones being forgiven just benefit from that.....

It is way easy for me to forgive others, because unforgiveness is a poison that breaks down my spirit. I also learn from each experience that causes me to have to forgive in the first place, so I become a bit wiser and try not to put myself in situations where that behavior can be repeated by others. I have no problem forgiving someone if they apologize. It's when there is no apology, that I have a serious struggle with forgiveness.It is something I am currently working on,because I don't like how I feel when I can't forgive someone.I don't like to feel the animosity and hate. It's not who I am.It's a struggle everyone goes through from time to time.

It depends on the other. Some people I forgive far too easily, when I shouldn't be forgiving them at all.
And then some people I can hold a grudge with for ages.

To forgive someone is to say "Sure, go ahead, get away with hurting me." I don't care if they do apoligize. If they were REALLY sorry, they wouldn't have done it at ALL.
I end up not being the offender's friend, just ending it. I'm a military brat, people don't mean that much to me.

For me to forgive someone is like asking me to rip out my heart and serve it to them on a platter! I don't forgive anyone. I can accept their mistake and over look it but i can never forgive them!
