I'm actually doing all three (kind of) that you mentioned. We bbq im my mom's back yard while the kids splash around in the water. Today we're having burgers, dogs, carne asada, variety of salads, fruit and homemade ice-cream. We then light fireworks at sundown. That usually takes about an hour. At the same time, we could actually see the fireworks display show in our city from our yard. I love this holiday.

My family saw fireworks on Saturday and will set off our own today or tomorrow (the small kind). Tonight we are going to Pizza Hut and a concert with some of our relatives.

I'm going to a parade in the morning, then I'm going to a pool side BBQ, then an AMAZING fireworks show! FUN FUN!!!

Sit on my front porch and watch the city's fire works display at the park about three blocks away. Maybe have a beer and a little Que and enjoy the show.
