I am looking to move in December of this year 2007, I know the area but I have never lived there, are some places I need to look out for as bad neighborhoods or anything, I don't know?

Good luck. Utopia has a good handle on the numbers but I'd have to resort to the old cliche' of...'If you have to ask you can't afford it.' Get a roomie to go with you and turn that one bedroom into a two bedroom in one. Someone that you know and trust, of course. What neighborhood is that good anymore, anyway? Oh, Oh An answer with a question.
