I am taking a Driver's Education class right now and I wanted to ask this question but I didn't want it so sound odd to the others. So I am asking it here. Can you get a citation for driving and getting a blowj-b simultaneously (at the same time?)

Yes you can, and in some jurisdictions you can be arrested. Its exciting, but not worth the risks of an accident or getting busted. Always be safe behind the wheel. There are plenty of places where you can just park to handle that kind of business, lol.

.if it`s any good ,you are weaving all over the road. Then what reckless driving, failure to stay in lane, improper lane change, Cutting off opposing traffic, speeding, Driving to slow, accident. You will probably get pulled over cause you end up driving like your drunk

Even if there was not a law against it, it is not a good idea. you will be distracted from your driving.

have u seen the movie Crash? there is actually a law against it. no you cant and yes u can get cited.
btw this movie is about a crash between people and not between cars although it does involve a few car crashes.. very good movie. go rent it
