If you have a Yahoo! e-mail account, just head over to http://mail.yahoo.com and sign in with your username and password.

For Hotmail and MSN mail, go to http://www.msn.com or http://www.hotmail.com and sign in.

Same way with pretty much all internet based mail carriers.

Remember to log out after you're through, so the other person can't access your e-mail.

The same as you would on your computer. Just log in to your account using whatever e-mail service you have. For example, go into the internet using explorer or netscape or whatever they have. Then go to whereever you have your e-mail, like Yahoo. Then click login and put in your info.
