When my son hit 9 yrs. old, I began to shrink!! All of a sudden, I feel so "short"!!

LOL! Glad I'm not alone! :-)
My "little" 9 yr. old boy is 4'9", 96#. Me= 5' 2 & 1/2" , 114#.
He's gonna be a big guy!!

lol. been there. done that. my 14 yr old is like 14inches taller than me now. his hands make two of mine. his feet are so big, i dont know if i need to buy shoes, or just swipe some shoeboxes...and he took on one growth spurt and bam! there he went! lol i just laugh when i tell people..."that's my baby!"

Bein' a man, I just never had that problem! Guess it's just the "gene thing." But, they do hit them growin' jags! At first I thought ya was talkin bout the gravity thing. But, as usual I caught on!

Yeah - I though it was only me. But it got worse. Now he is 16 and 5'11". If he keeps growing - I will shrink to nothing!

Yeah...I'm short ~~~my boys are way taller than me and my nine year old girl is only inches shorter than me.
