Not the best idea... I sprained my left ankle all throughout my HS years of playing sports.. It will never be the same.. It's much easier to sprain it now than before I hurt it..

At any rate, stand on your toe (ballerina style) then push your ankle forward and out, put all your weight on it and jump.. Land with your toe facing straight down while pushing your outer ankle to the ground.. Basically.. Do what Gary H said.

1. hold it between a door and a wall then dont move it and turn you whole body without moving the angle with alot of force.
2. you can use duct tape to tape it between something that would hold it in place and twist you body.
3. have someone throw a brick at it really hard.
4. drop a cinder block on your ankle

Jumping too many steps down a staircase, but why would you want to sprain your ankle on purpose?

Jump and land on the side of your foot. Let the foot turn in and tear all those tendons and ligamanets. Guaranteed, you will never be the same.
