The two parts of your question are unrelated.
Even though a woman suffers from immense pain during labour, she is the one who can conceive and give birth to a child. Her body has been programmed that way by nature or God, depending on who you believe in. A mother's labour pain is an integral part of child birth. But ask any woman and most would agree that the joy of holding the new born far outweighs the momentary pain.
Problems are an integral part of life. If your mother had decided that she wouldn't bear a child because of the problems that the child would possibly face in his/her life, you wouldn't be here today. No doubt you are facing a lot of problems irrespective of whether you are a man or a woman. But you are enjoying some of the priceless joys of life too. If at the end of anyone's life he/she has the satisfaction of a life well led, that is the greatest achievement in that person's life. If every woman thought that they would refrain from giving birth so as not to pass on the problems to the succeeding generations, human life and civilisation would come to an end. Every parent strives to make the life of their offsprings as comfortable as possible. Children adapt themselves as they grow up and tackle the problems themselves. And thereby life continues.

Not being a woman, I couldn't specify in detail why all women have children. However I can talk somewhat on why my wives (yes I've been divorced once) were so inclined. Yes there is some pain involved, but the out come is an extension of your life. Meaning that once we are gone, that there is still part of us here on earth to carry on our values and ideals. I can speak first hand on the subject of how grateful I was and how much I indeed learned by raising my children. There is something in it greatly satisfying to a parent. Not to mention a close person to lean on in our last days. My opinion only.

by providing another life while she is in pain, makes a woman complete personality and thus she receives the dignity of a mother which would not have been possible otherwise.the pleasure she receives from her child vanishes all the pains and this way she receives a mental and spiritual satisfaction.that is why god has placed the position of mother------the highest.

Animal instinct...we are wired to give birth. If we weren't then the species would never of developed in the first place. All females in the animal kingdom (including the human animal) are built by mother nature to give birth.... its a natural thing.

Thats just part of human nature, giving life is a beautiful thing, and yes, birth does hurt but it is so worth it, you have to work hard and go through painful things to get what you want, birth is just one of them and so worth it.

because the reward is worth the pain.having a baby is a gift. and because it is a symbol of love between her and her partner it is a treasure. she would also want someone of her own blood whom she can call her own. even if she has to suffer the intense pain, the joy of having ur baby is divine.
