hello i purchased a Video card which have a dual VGA output and i try hook up my 2 monitor but when i play movies i only see it on my primary monitor and then i go to settings and display and click the 2 monitor and its still the same, do i need the same size monitor?coz mine is CRT and LCD monitor that i hooked up.Pls help me to configure this

Full screen apps like games and movies always play on the primary monitor. You can only stretch them across two monitors in windowed mode and then the picture is distorted horribly and performance is slowed. If you want to just have it play on the other monitor instead, simply set your other monitor as primary.

Try selecting the monitor and extend desktop. if your graphics card driver is installed you will have advanced features, you can select from close diplay, extended, and split. Monitor size dont matter but it would be an eye sore if its very different in size

Movies only playing on the primary screen is a 'feature'.

You do not need to set the two screens to the same resolution.
