i have a 91 camaro that shakes at 70 ive replaced all teh ball joints one bad spindlle ballanced the tires and drive shaft. and the only thing i can think of now is struts can that make a car shake if there bad i mean when i putt hat spindle on i could completly compress teh strut with one hand

If the struts are that bad, it can cause severe handling problems, including shaking at speed! If you can compress the strut manually, it is past the point of being bad! Replace the struts and have the front end alignment redone!

You may find that the strut failure has caused abnormal tire wear, and the tires may need to be rotated or replaced also!

Wow. I've never seen typing or spelling like that.
You could have a mis-aligned front end or unbalanced wheels. Bad struts don't generally cause vibration. If the shimmy is in the steering wheel balance the fronts, if its in the floor balance the rears. You need an alignment anyway after ball joint replacement.

Thats what keeps your car's tire pressing onto the roads surface-the shock/struts. BWhen they're shot, you'll get a crappy, bumpy ride.

not really Id really be looking at my tires and strut combination(its a dynamics thing) but I do know if you start messin with them struts without a compressor your probally gonna end up hurt

Try putting on new brake disc's, if they are worn unevenly they can cause shaking, more noticeable at different speeds..
