Turn signal keeps blowing - 2003 ford focus sport wagon?

The fuse for my turn signal keeps blowing after about 2 mintues...my tail lights also don't work... can this just be bad bulb? I have a 2003 ford focus sport wagon

I doubt if it is a bulb. It sounds like you may have a short to ground in the wiring. It should be diagnosed by checking all wiring in turn signal and taillamp circuits, including sockets.

Maybe it's the wrong amperage fuse? (too small)

Check the owners manual for proper amperage size. (15 amp)??
